Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Sending the Enquirers to various Suppliers and preparing CSQ’s for the required materials
- Check for technical and commercial terms & Negotiation with suppliers
- Preparing the Purchase Order with Terms and Conditions as negotiated with the Vendor and ensuring PO should be in line with company policy and project requirements
- Getting the Confirmation of material receipt from the Site and updating the records
- Preparing stock statement for material dispatched at the site and actual stock required for further erection or commissioning or Maintenance
- Should be proficient in establishing and maintaining the cordial relationship with customers & vendors to achieve customer satisfaction and business retention.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification: B.Tech – Civil/Mechanical or any Graduate
- Experience required: 2 to 5 Years
