Educational Qualification:
Project Consultant (Mechanical):
- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University Preference will be given for the Certification in Project Management. Experience: 15 years & above
Project Engineer (Electrical)/Project Consultant (Electrical):
- Graduate in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University Preference will be given for the Certification in Project Management. Experience: Project Engineer (Electrical) – 1-year & above, Project Consultant (Electrical) – 15 years & above
Project Engineer (C&I)/Project Consultant (C&I):
- Graduate in Electronics & Tele- Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University Preference will be given for the Certification in Project Management. Experience: Project Engineer (C&I) – 1-year & above, Project Consultant (C&I) – 15 years & above
Project Engineer (Civil)/Project Consultant (Civil):
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University Preference will be given for the Certification in Project Management. Experience: Project Engineer (Civil) – 1-year & above, Project Consultant (Civil) – 15 years & above
Project Engineer (MIS/ Contracts):
- Graduate in Engineering (any discipline) from a recognized University. Preference will be given for the Certification in Contract Management. Preference will be given for Certificate Course in Project Management. Experience: 1-year & above
HR Officer/HR Consultant:
- MBA in HR/ PGPM (two years) in HR from a recognized University/ Institute (Regular Course). Experience: HR Officer – 1-year & above, HR Consultant – 15 years & above
Materials Officer/Consultant (Materials Management):
- Graduate in Engineering (any discipline) from a recognized university. Preference will be given for Certificate Course in Materials Management. Experience: Materials Officer – 1-year & above, Consultant (Materials Management) – 15 years & above
Sr. Consultant (Mining):
- Graduate in Mining Engineering from a recognized University. Preference will be given for the Certified 1st Class Mines Manager. Additional qualification of MBA shall be preferred. Experience: 25 years & above
Sr. Project Consultant (Elec/ Mech/ Civil):
- Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering from a recognized University. Preference will be given for the Certified in Project Management. Additional qualification of MBA shall be preferred. Experience: 25 years & above
Surveyor/ Officer (Survey):
- Diploma in Mining or Mines Survey and Holder of valid Mine Surveyor Certificate of Competency of DGMS for Coal under CMR 1957/ CMR 2017. Experience: 05 years & above (After obtaining Mine Surveyor Certificate of Competency of DGMS for Coal).
Engineer (Electrical- Power Plant):
- B.E/ B.Tech with 60% marks. Candidates with 1-year PG Diploma will be preferred. Experience: 1-year & above
Engineer (Mechanical- Power Plant):
- B.E/ B.Tech with 60% marks. Candidates with 1-year PG Diploma will be preferred. Experience: 1-year & above
Engineer (Mining)/Sr. Engineer (Mining):
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree. Preference will be given for the First class Managers Certificate of Competency (R ) in Open Cast Metalliferous Mine. Experience: Engineer (Mining) – 2 years & above, Sr. Engineer (Mining) – 4 years & above.
Age Limit :
- 01 year to 14 years: 44 years
- 15 years to 24 years: 54 years
- 25 years & above: 56 years
Upper Age Limit is relaxed by:
- For OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 Years
- For SC / ST – 5 Years
- Persons with Disabilities candidate: 10 Years for General (UR)/ 13 Years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/ 15 Years for SC / ST
