Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring the uninterrupted availability of Services required for Laying of underground PE & GI Pipeline network as per the Business Plan by way of a timely award of Work Contracts through Tendering Process (Open as Well as Limited Tender).
- Procurements of PE materials/O&M Spares.
- Various Work Contracts of Software and Hardware for IT department.
- Effective prioritization and processing of all indents/requisitions received vide procurement requirements pertaining to diverse departments, viz. Steel and Poly Ethylene (PE) Pipeline Network Projects, O&M (Operations and Maintenance), HSE (Health, Safety and Environment), IT (Information Technology), HR.
- Primary responsibility for conducting competitive bidding by using solicitation tools such as RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFQs (Request for Quotation) to vendors and SAP SRM E tendering module.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Full time Engineering Graduate BE / B Tech in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering
- PGDMM/ MBA in Materials /Sores / Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
