Job description
Designation – Project Manager
Roles and responsibilities
The candidate should be capable of handling the project independently
Should have experience in handling building projects -residential, commercial, etc.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the construction and finishing of Club Houses, Hotels, Resorts, etc
Should have the capability to source manpower, and materials, and coordinate with Architects, Clients, etc.
Should be proficient in estimation and billing.
Knowledge of Fabrication and MEP works will be an added advantage.
Pleasing personality with good communication skills and knowledge of local language
Qualification – B.E/B.Tech/Diploma – Civil
