Position: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (PILING)
Competencies / Skill Set desired :
- Candidate should have experience in Ground Engineering.
- Experience in Diaphragm Wall, Plastic Concrete, Marine Structures, Deep tunneling, Deep structures, diaphragm wall, Piling, buildings with G+5 and above, Marine, Metros could be preferred. Identification of Prospective clients
- Negotiations, design constraints, site feasibility, technical feasibility & deal conclusion.
- Coordination with design & execution team to obtain deliverables as committed.
- Day to day coordination with cross-functional teams for timely delivery of the project as per Customers requirements.
- Compliance with local bye-laws /regulations and legalities pertaining to lease rental administration.
Responsibilities :
- To plan, monitor, assess resources, direct and act to ensure adherence to the Construction program in order to complete the project within the contract period.
- To determine and monitor work methods and performance of subcontractors and employees in order to ensure compliance with their obligations and the company’s management plan.
- To advise and provide input into negotiation and selection of subcontractors and suppliers in order to meet project cost and quality.
- To manage terms and deliverables for both the prime contract and subcontracts in order to protect the Company’s risks and obligations.
- To provide input into cost control in conjunction with the commercial department and Project Director/Manager in order to manage project cost and risk.
- Environment, in line with the Company’s management plans.
- Co-ordinate design deliverables in order to issue to Site Subcontractors areas of program
- Co-ordinate interfaces between sections and suppliers in order to ensure order to ensure project requirements are managed.
- To regularly review HSE safety at the worksite in order to ensure a safe work
Qualification & Experience: ENGINEERING GRADUATE – CIVIL ( Exp.12 yrs to 15 yrs )
