Profile Details
Role: Activity Manager
Sub function: Construction Management
Function: Construction Management
Reports To: Manager
Role Objective: Undertakes the detailed engineering, procurement, and supervision of the Planning, Quantity Survey, and Execution for Building.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for checking verification of bills, Quantity, BBS, etc
- Responsible for progress and monitoring of all civil works including substructure,
superstructure and foundations with safety - Execution of finishing work as per the methodology Maintain quality and timelines for
the finishing work Coordinate for the resources and material required for the finishing work
Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
