Job Description
We are looking for Project Managers, Construction Managers, Execution Engineers, EHS, Quality Engineers/Managers, IR & Admin Executive/ Managers and Stores Executives/ Managers for our Project sites across India, desired qualification and experience are given below:
Qualification:
For Project Managers, Construction Managers, Execution Engineers, EHS, Quality positions: 4 years FULL TIME 1st Class – BE / B. Tech – Civil / Mech from AICTE/UGC approved university or 3 years FULL TIME First Class Diploma in Civil/Mech Engineering from State Board of Technical Education. 1st class throughout academics is mandatory.
For Stores / IR & Admin Position: – Full time Graduate/ Post Graduate can apply
Project Manager:
You should hold a full-time Engineering Degree or Engineering Diploma (Civil or Mechanical) with 15 to 25 years experience in the construction industry. Experience in Large water related project as Project Manager will be preferred. You must be familiar with planning and costing with a proven track record of strong execution skills. You will have P&M responsibility of Large water related projects. You will be responsible for coordination with clients and consultants to ensure successful implementation of projects to quality, safety, cost control and environmental measures.
Planning Manager/Engineer:
You should hold a full-time Engineering Degree or Engineering Diploma (Civil or Mechanical) with 5 to 15 years experience in the construction industry. Must be conversant with Project Management software like Primavera P6, MS Projects. Should be based at the project site with similar business/ project expertise at site level. Develop monthly look ahead plan for project (quantity progress, billing, cost and cash flow). Expertise in schedule development, monitoring and controlling.
Construction Manager / Engineer Civil / Mech
You should hold a full-time Engineering Degree or Engineering Diploma (Civil or Mechanical) with 5 to 15 years experience in the construction industry. You should have experience in Execution/ Erection in Water supply and water treatment plants, large diameter pipelines, pipelines, treatment plants, sewerage pipelines (including laying, testing and commissioning), intake structures, elevated reservoirs, sump and pump houses, canal, Lift irrigation projects & non-revenue water .
Sound knowledge in Planning and execution of water projects. Knowledge of Quality & safety procedures, desirable.
EHS Manager / Engineer
You should hold a full-time Engineering Degree or Engineering Diploma (Civil or Mechanical or Electrical) with Diploma/Bachelor/Masters in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute and NEBOSH/IOSH certification. You must have 5 to 15 years’ experience. You must have an in-depth understanding of standards relating to EHS including ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
QA / QC- Manager/ Engineer
You should hold a full-time Engineering Degree or Engineering Diploma in Civil / Mech Engineering with 5 to 20 years experience in the construction industry with strict adherence to international quality standards. You must possess knowledge of standard exposure to QA lab at site and perform internal audits as per ISO 9001:2015.
Formworks Manager
You should hold a full-time Engineering Degree (Civil) from a recognized institute with 7 to 15 years experience or Engineering Diploma (Civil) from a recognized institute with 15 to 20 years experience. As a custodian of Formwork Resources, ensure that the material is stored and stacked properly at site & ensure accountability of materials through periodical reconciliation. You must ensure that Formwork scheme drawings are implemented strictly during execution, as per approved SOP.
P&M Manager / Engineer
You should hold a full-time Engineering Degree or Engineering Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical) from a recognized institute with 3 to 10 years experience. You must have experience in maintenance of machinery and equipment used in construction project sites.
Industrial Relations & Administration Executive / Manager
You should hold a full time UG / PG Degree from a recognized University with 10-20 yrs. experience in Construction projects handling Industrial Relations & Administration activities. You must have strong experience in labour law, applying labour license, handling contractors, sub-contractors and union matters, BOCW Act; Statutory Compliance; Labour registration; inter-state Migration & other applicable acts of construction industry. Must handle Labour colony management, attendance, and admin-related activities, house keeping, transportation, Liasoning with Police, Revenue Dept, Labour Department, Local Administration.
Stores Manager/ Executive
You should hold a full time UG / PG Degree from recognised University with 10-20 yrs. experience in Construction projects- Stores activities
You must have strong experience in handling the entire store’s function of the Project site including inventory control and preparation of Stores MIS. Must possess professional experience in handling inventory management and various stores to function at projects of reputed construction companies.
Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in India. Designation, salary & benefits will be commensurate with qualification and experience and will not be a constraint for deserving candidates.
