Job Description
We are looking for suitable candidates for the following positions based at our Project sites across India, desired qualification and experience details are given below:
PROJECT DIRECTORS/ PROJECT MANAGER / CONSTRUCTION MANAGER CIVIL / MECHANICAL
You should have 10 to 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Experience in large water-related projects will be preferred. You must be familiar with planning and costing with a proven track record in execution/erection in water supply and water treatment projects, sewerage projects, canal, Lift irrigation projects & non-revenue water. Should have completed at least 2 projects as Project Manager. The Project Manager will have end-to-end responsibility for progress, cost, safety, quality & timely completion of the project.
PLANNING ENGINEER / MANAGER
You should have 5 to 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Conversant with Primavera P6, MS Projects. Develop monthly look ahead project plans regarding quantity progress, billing, cost, and cash flow. you should have project expertise at the site level in schedule development, monitoring, and controlling.
EHS ENGINEER / MANAGER
You should have 5 to 15 years of experience with an in-depth understanding of EHS standards including ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 with a Diploma / Bachelor / Masters in Industrial Safety with NEBOSH/IOSH certification.
QA / QC- ENGINEER / MANAGER
You should have 5 to 15 years of experience in the construction industry with strict adherence to international quality standards. You must possess knowledge of standard exposure to QA lab at the site and perform internal audits as per ISO 9001:2015.
Formworks Manager
You should have 7 to 20 years’ experience in the construction Industry. As a custodian of Formwork Resources, ensure that the material is stored and stacked properly at the site & ensure accountability of materials through periodical reconciliation. You must ensure that Formwork scheme drawings are implemented strictly during execution, as per approved SOP.
P&M Engineer
You should have 3 to 7 years of experience in the maintenance of machinery and equipment used in construction project sites.
Project – IR & AMDIN. -– Executive / Manager
You should have 10-20 years of experience in Construction projects- IR & Administration activities. You must have strong experience in labor law, applying for labor license, handling contractors, sub-contractors, and union matters, BOCW Act; Statutory Compliance; Labour registration; inter-state Migration, and other applicable acts of the construction industry.
Project Stores – Executive / Manager
You should have 10-20 yrs. experience in Construction projects- Stores activities. You must have strong experience in handling the entire store’s function of the Project site including inventory control and preparation of Stores MIS.
Project Accounts – Executive / Manager
You should have 10-20 yrs. experience in construction projects. You must have experience in Cost analysis, Inventory reconciliation and reporting, Commercial documentation, Accounting of Supplier Subcontractor bills, Wages, Cash, Provision, MIS, and Ledger reconciliation.
Qualification for Construction Manager / Project Manager, Planning Engineer / Manager, EHS Engineer / Manager, Quality Engineer / Manager, Formwork Manager
4 years Full-time 1st Class – BE / B. Tech – Civil / Mechanical from AICTE/UGC approved university or 3 years Full-time First- Class Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from Directorate of Technical Education / State Board of Technical Education. 1st class throughout academics is mandatory.
Qualification P&M Engineer Positions
3 years Full-time First- Class Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from State Board of Technical Education. 1st class throughout academics is mandatory.
Qualification for Stores / IR & Admin / Accounts Positions
Full time Graduates/ Post Graduates can apply.
Positions are based at our project sites. Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in India. Designation, salary & benefits will be commensurate with qualification and experience and will not be a constraint for deserving candidate.
