Position: Manager – Precast Yard
Business Unit: Metros
Project: RRTS
Location: Delhi / NCR
Qualification – B. Tech (Civil Engineering) with 15+ years of experience / Diploma (Civil Engineering) with 20+ years of experience
Job Responsibility:
- Segment Pre-casting
- Casting Yard Development
- Casting bed preparation (curve and straight span)
- Preparation of Segments Bar Bending Schedules and getting them approved by clients.
- Preparation of I & U-girder Bar Bending Schedules and getting them approved from clients.
- I & U-girder soffit erection with line and level, outer and inner shutter fitting as per concrete profile
- Construction of Pre-tension U-girders
- Precast pier cap
- Planning & sub-contractor Billing
- Always chasing machine and resource to take maximum output
- Involved in managing construction activities from substructure to superstructure.
Education: B.Tech/B.E./Diploma – Civil
