About the Role
We are looking for Head Product Management (Smart & Safe City Platform) with proven experience in thought leadership, product management, and end-to-end execution who will define, develop, and optimize world-class safe city products with a global impact.
Responsibilities
Lead definition of the product vision and strategy based on customer input/requirements, competitive intelligence, trends, business objectives
Lead a team of product managers for the definition of scope, requirements gathering/creation, prioritization, design review, and launch readiness for safe and smart city platform
Lead creation of customer experience product roadmaps and business case
Drive market analysis including trends and competitive analysis.
Own the messaging and positioning of the L&T Safe and Smart city platform
Lead efforts to drive early customer validation and adoption.
Qualifications/Skills
Experience:
- BTech/MBA from top schools
- Around 10+ years of overall experience in Business Analysis in the technology industry
- Should have minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience in startups or large technology companies (min one full product life cycle experience)
