Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for good/dynamic/self-motivated contracts & claim engineers for our completed and ongoing Railway/metro projects in India and Dhaka
Contractual communication with PMC/Client like DFCC, CORE, Konkan Railway.
Preparation of EOT claims.
Preparation of reply for any Notice/Notice to correct (NTC) being raised by Client.
Doing rate analysis for NS Items and further onward submission for approval.
Preparation and submission of all contractual claims including escalation claims from time to time .
Working in coordination with Billing/Planning dept for documentation and resolution of any contractual issues.
Keeping a record of all contentious issues related to hindrance at work/ time escalation and excess claims and bringing it to a logical conclusion.
