Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Looking for good pre-cast yard Managers for Bullet train project under railways SBG of TIIC.
The incumbent will shoulder the following responsibilities:
- Setting up the casting yard for railway business in Vadodara in consultation with client MAHSR and L&T internal management Preliminary survey works, Erection of Batching Plant, Air compressor pipeline, total Casting yard setup works, etc.
- Mould dimension checking, Rebar cage Zig marking and marking according to drawing, making of Rebar cages, etc Type of mold Universal CBE mold (France).
- Concreting of segments of Rings, Finishing, demolding of Concrete segment, repairing of segment (if required) with the application of Curing Compound, Shifting of segment rings to stocking Yard, Final repairing (if required), fixing of gasket and Segment Ring Delivery to the respective site.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Diploma/BE Civil with a minimum of 12 yrs of experience in casting yard/precast yard for any infrastructure organization.
