Larsen & Toubro Recruitment 2018 For EngineersJob Description
We are looking EHS Engineers/Managers for our Project sites, desired qualification and experience are given below:
Qualification: 4 yrs FULL TIME 1st Class – BE / B. Tech CIVIL/MECH/ELEC from AICTE/UGC approved university or 3 yrs FULL TIME First Class Diploma in Civil/Mech/Elec Engineering from State Board of Technical Education with Diploma/Bachelor/Masters in Industrial Safety from approved institute. NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certification is an added advantage.
Mandatory 1st class throughout academics (10th & 12th)
Responsibilities:
- To lead the development and implementation of required environmental, occupational health and safety (EHS) programs and procedures to protect the safety and health of employees, to comply with good environmental practices, and to maintain compliance with applicable local regulations
- To drive Safety Initiatives in the project and ensure compliances to Company &Statutory safety requirements for the site and build a sustainable culture of Safety
- Understanding of standards relating to EHS including ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
Deploying methods and technologies for Risk Assessment and Control
