Admin & IR :

Qualification: Any Graduate UG/PG – Full time & First Class Mandatory

Strong experience in labour law, applying labour license, handling contractors, sub-contractors and union matters
Strong experience: BOCW Act; Statutory Compliance ; Labour registration; inter-state Migration & other applicable acts of construction industry
Labour colony management, attendance and admin related activities, housekeeping &transportation.
Liasoning with Police, Revenure Dept, Labour Department, Local Administration, Sub contractos, Client, Unions, Public.
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Store Incharge : –

Qualification: Any Graduate UG/PG – Full time & First Class Mandatory

Should be able to handle the entire store’s function of Project site including inventory control and preparation of Stores MIS
Candidates should possess professional experience in handling inventory management and various stores function at projects of reputed construction companies
Local Material procurement/bulk amount purchase depending on a requirement
Monthly reconciliation of stock / Physical stock verification /
Coordinating with all Depts. on Material requirements. Forecast, budget and arrange for materials on time.
Dealing with dept staff and Sub-contractors on daily issues and receipts
Scrape Management & disposal
SAP knowledge essential
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Site Accounts Incharge:-

Qualification: B. Com/M. Com/ MBA Finance (Desirable) – Full time & First Class Mandatory

 Strong experience in construction site related accounts activities like subcontractor bill checking, cash handling, client handling, payment follow-up, collection, sales tax, other tax-related issues, budgeting, cash flow.
Fully aware of statutory compliance and obtaining necessary licenses from govt. authorities.
Coordination with stores and time office function for a smooth function at the site
Prepare & update of all data related to accounts and Bookkeeping
Prepare & update of cost statement
Cash & Fund Management.
Banking operation for withdrawal & deposits
External provider and sub-contractors payments
Collection of Customer outstanding and certificates for statutory deductions
Liaison with local statutory and regulatory authorities for obtaining approvals
Compliance to statutory regulations and filing returns.
Staff and labour welfare and general administration

Positions are based at our project sites. Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in India

Designation, salary & benefits will be commensurate with qualification and experience and will not be a constraint for deserving candidate.
