Job Description
1. Study GFC drawings and highlight / red flag missing information in the drawings.
2. Coordinate with consultants/architects for RFI’s and ensure closure for the same.
3. Responsible for working on quantities as per GFC’s & working drawings.
4. Coordination with Site Engineers on day to day basis on the progress of works.
5. Assisting Site Engineers in checking of BBS and measurement sheets for quantity certifications.
6. Assist site team in physical measurements of hidden works.
7. Assist site team in the loading of PR’s etc. to DMS.
8. Understanding of overall construction sequence and capable of coordinating and related activities taking care of various interdisciplinary interfaces.
9. Time to time, work out quantities and highlight additions/deletions in quantities as per BOQ.
10. Have a thorough knowledge of CPWD/IS codes and practices for the measurement of works, Analysis of rates and quantification.
Salary: INR 8,00,000 – 14,00,000 PA.
