Ensuring implementation of Quality Management System as per approved Quality Manual and Contract requirement.
Implementation of Procedures / Work methods through orientation / mockups.
Conducting QMS Training Program & Induction for Staff to create awareness on Project Quality requirements
Organise/ conduct Induction to workmen during screening at site
Conduct regular Pep-talk on Quality to workmen engaged at Site.
Maintain in-house testing facility at site and ensuring fitness of equipments for accuracy & purpose.
Conducting stage-wise quality inspection & tests as per ITP for construction materials and activities.
