Larsen & Toubro Limited Direct Interview Opportunity
Job Description
We are looking for IR/ Site Admin for our water division Project sites in South India and also across India.
Qualification: Any Graduate UG/PG – Full time & First Class Mandatory
Competencies / Skill Set desired below:
- Strong experience in labor law, labor license, handling sub-contractor & union matters, BOCW Act; Statutory Compliance; Labour registration; Labour Acts applicable in the construction industry.
- Expertise in Work Force management.
- Labour colony management, attendance, and admin related activities, housekeeping & transportation.
- Liasoning among internal and external stakeholders which includes liaising with Police, Revenue Dept, Labour Department, Local Administration, Subcontractors, Client, Unions, Public.
- Handling fleet, log books, accommodation at site/project etc.
- Ensuring secured and safe functioning of all site related activities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Positions are based at our project sites. Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in India
Designation, salary & benefits will be commensurate with qualification and experience and will not be a constraint for deserving candidate.
