L&T Heavy Civil Infra is looking for Contracts & Administration :
Project: Bridges / Metros / Ports / Hydel project
Location: Chennai Headquarters
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in contracts & arbitration role. Should have worked in bridge/metro projects.
Qualification: B.E- Civil (full time), ME / M. Tech / NICMAR Additional qualification will be added advantage.
Job Description:
1) Contract Administration
2) Handling contractual issues pertaining to Bridges / Metros / Hydel / Ports Projects
3) Preparation of Claim and Variation Document
4) Knowledge on the interpretation of FIDIC Contract and Indian Contract Act
5) Guiding the project team by providing effective correspondence drafts with Clients and Consultant
6) Contractual Correspondence and Claims Management for various Projects
7) Preparation of Extension of Time and associated cost claims for various projects
8) Raise pre-bid queries and provide same to bidding department to get clarification during the pre-bid meeting and preparing Risk Analysis.
