Job Description
Roles: Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, and Billing Engineer
Responsibilities :
– Quantity take-offs from drawings and tracking with respect to work order quantity.
– Tracking of changes/variations with respect to GFC drawings/site conditions and preparing variation statement for amendment of order.
– Preparing rate analysis for any additional/extra items.
– Preparing Service Entry Sheet and GRN for the Bills raised by Vendors/Contractors.
– Raising of Purchase Requisitions.
– Checking of Bills submitted by Vendors / Contractors with respect to contract conditions, the progress of work and preparing Certificate of Payment.
– Physical verification of activities at the site.
– Coordination and follow-up with Accounts for payments as per terms mentioned in work-order.
– Administer all contracts with respect to conditions of Contract.
– Preparing weekly / monthly MIS.
Required Candidate profile
B.E.Civil with NICMAR preferred
Salary: INR 6,00,000 – 11,00,000 PA.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization, Civil
