Kalpataru Limited Requirement For Civil Engineers
Job Description
1. Prepare, review and effectively implement QAP post contractor mobilization on site.
2. Ensure setting up, effective operation & maintenance of the onsite quality lab as per the Kalpataru standard
3. Ensure approved method statements are available, Mock-ups are conducted, kick-off meeting with all internal and external stakeholders are done and workmen training is completed prior to start of any activity & check effectiveness through feedback sessions.
4. Prepare and send weekly reports to Project Head, corporate quality coordinator, all Site Engineers & Supervisors covering site critical issues, improvements done, training conducted, etc.
5. Prepare and Send Monthly Quality Report to Cluster Head, Project Head, Cluster Quality In-charge (CQI) & Corporate Quality covering site critical issues, improvements are done, training conducted, good practices followed, etc.
6. Conduct Monthly Quality Meetings. Conduct Quality Walks with Project Managers & Engineers and highlights all major concerns of that week.
7. Conduct Quality Walks with Project Heads, Project Engineers, and highlights all major concerns of the past 2 weeks.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E./Diploma – Civil
