Kalpataru Group Recruitment 2022 For Engineers
The objective of the role: To award cost-effective contracts on a timely basis and as per the project requirements.
Department: Contracts
Location: Mumbai
Qualification Required: Civil /Mechanical /Electrical
Roles & Responsibilities:
To Coordinate with architects for updates on work status and obtain drawings of the respective project on a timely basis.
Coordinate with estimation to receive quantities of materials and select activities to receive specifications as per scope of work defined in SAP.
Draft tender documents. Participate in the process of floating tenders.
Prepare documents to be submitted for bid. Analyze & cross verify rates for similar work within the company.
Prepare agreement drafts and maintain records of Purchase Orders. Monitor vendor and contractor performance.
Maintain backup files and documentation of drawings, memos, letters of Intent (LOI), etc., and present the same whenever required.
