We are looking for a Contract & Claim Manager (Dy. Manager / Manager) for our International T&D Business.

Job Profile:
Area of responsibilities :
- Understanding the Contract and preparation of Project Synopsis
- Coordinate with the Site Team / Coordinator for various contractual issues
- Preparation of letters / helping the team to write letters with contract clauses
- Preparation of Claims in line with the Contract terms and conditions
- Initiate the claims taking into consideration the events which are beyond the control of the contractor
Skills :
• Proficient in MS Office application, SAP is desirable
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Location: Mumbai
