Job description
The objective of the role: To ensure safety procedures are adhered to at all sites.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To manage a team of site safety officers
2. Conducting EHS Internal audits at all the projects
3. Identifying training needs for the workers, site EHS officers, Projects Heads, Sr. Leadership, Office employees, workers camp boss, etc. (through the findings of the internal audits).
4. Developing training modules for the workers, site EHS officers, Project Heads, Sr. Leadership, office employees, sales staff, workers camp boss, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile: We are looking for a candidate with Diploma in Safety + Graduate Engineer background with 12-15 yrs. of work experience in managing multiple sites with construction industries.
