Experience: 5+ years
Job Location: Delhi / Anywhere in India
Education: Bachelors/Masters Degree in Civil / Any Degree in Construction Management
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handling E Tendering Portals for Downloading and uploading tender documents.
- Client Relation- Keeps regular contact with existing & potential clients.
- Take part in different Business Development meetings. Pre Bid meetings and Post Bid tender openings.
- Preparation of Tender submittals, Pre-Qualification documents, Business Development report and other MIS reports.
- Generating business from existing accounts & Generate Leads from daily Newspapers, architects and consultants
