Job description
Job Responsibilities –
Should be conversant with specifications and standards of building construction materials, construction methodologies, standard test procedures, and documentation.
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certification, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other QA/QC documents.
Prepare a material testing checklist, maintaining cube register, material sampling register, waterproofing register, rejected material register, slump register, etc.
Preparation/review of Quality assurance plan, FQP/ QAP & method statements.
Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
Conducting concrete trial mix in batching plant.
Preparing Calibration Plan of equipment and ensuring calibration before the due date.
Key Skills Needed –
- Must be a strong communicator and leader and able to manage a team at the site
- Should have a working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project
- Should have worked prior on at least two high-rise building projects
Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
