Mode of Recruitment :
The aforementioned posts in the Indian Army will be filled by the most suitable candidates. A list of shortlisted candidates will be released after a detailed review of submitted applications. The candidates will need to follow the instructions given to them in official communications about SSB interviews. In SSB, candidates will be put through a two-stage selection procedure. Those who clear Stage 1 will go to Stage 2. Those who fail in Stage 1 will be returned on the same day. The duration of SSB interviews is five days.
