Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities-
Monitoring and controlling the project with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
Supervising the project from the stage of conceptualization and ensuring that the project gets done on time and within budget.
Leading a team and ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower (Designers & Engineers).
Identifying areas of concern and taking corrective and preventing actions and suggesting viable solutions and carrying out analyzing functions including identification of key trends in the industry.
Co-ordinate with Consultants, Project Execution Team & other Departments for drawings, reports, schedules & other data.
Follow up with all Project Execution Team and contractors for performance & timely completion.
Site and Construction management.
