Sobha Limited Jobs – Job Description
We are looking B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil with around 3 to 4 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction Company or a Contractor firm.
Experience preferably required in contracts management including sourcing, selection of a contractor, negotiating for the price and other terms & conditions. Must have exposure in the framing of contract terms & conditions.
Procurement of Real Estate related materials & engaging contracts such as Air conditioning (VRV), Painting, Waterproofing, Lifts, Roadworks, Fabrication, FTTH (fiber to the home), Hiring of construction machines, Transportation, Testing of construction material etc.
Salary: INR 3,50,000 – 4,50,000 P.A.
