Job Description
KRA’s
- Plan and Develop an effective master schedule of the projects as per their requirements and needful details.
- Develop and update project master schedule for an overall view of all projects activities and durations
- Develop resource plans, progress curves, and forecasts, ensure optimum utilization of the resources in the project
- Work out with the quantities required to cover the total scope of the project for preparing the Project completion schedule using Project Management tools like MS Project/Primavera and get them approved by the Management for preparing the Budget Work plan for the year under consideration
- Efficiently communicate with project team members for capital & turnaround projects details & ensure completion of projects according to the accepted standards of time & quality.
- Ability to interpret data and forecast outcomes of schedule and estimate.
Understanding of Critical Path (CPM) and resource loaded scheduling processes, physical progress tracking, and earned value analysis. - Coordinate with the site execution & QS team for preparing monthly procurement schedules for major materials building materials special materials and tools as per the work plan.
- Update and monitor projects progress on a regular basis and communicate with the team about variances in report form.
- Develop projects reporting system and communicate to all Project managers in approved frequency at regular fashion.
