Job Description
Manager – Casting yard (Underground metro)
Diploma Civil + B.E Civil with min 12 to 15 yrs experience in “Underground Metro”-casting yard
*Must have worked in Precast tunnel segments, should have sound knowledge about process of segment casting.
*Inspection & handling independently Tunnel ring segment precasting yard.
*Responsible for all concrete work such as making tunnel ring segments, PCC,cranes & equipment foundation.
*Casting of conceret,curing,stacking & testing works related to segments
*Responsible for rings demoulding & dispatch of rings to site
Fixing Gasket on the segments
*Prepare for DPR ,observation of Safety & quality points at site
*Responsible for receiving segments from casting yard site before erected on the segments at tunnel.
Required Candidate profile
*Must have worked in Precast tunnel segments, should have sound knowledge about process of segment casting.

*Casting of concrete,curing,stacking & testing works related to segments

*Prepare for DPR ,observation of Safety & quality points at site
*Responsible for receiving segments from casting yard site before erected on the segments at tunnel.
*Responsible for checking all moulds dimensions in every schedule
*Monitoring of Labours & TBM safety training schedule
