About Project:-
RAMBAN BANIHAL (NH 44)
Constructing a 36 km highway which includes 3 km of tunnels between Ramban &Banihal in Jammu & Kashmir. The project is a part of NHDP Phase-II program of NHAI on NH1A & is known for its difficult terrain & low temperatures especially in winter seasons. The NH1A is major road connectivity to Srinagar from rest of the country &this project will decongest the existing narrow road b/w Ramban & Banihal & will cut short travel time considerably due to the provision of tunnels.
Position: QC Engineer – J& K (Ramban Banihal)
BE / B Tech – Civil or Diploma Civil
Exp 5 to 10 yrs in Tunnel exp is must
Job Profile:-
Very Good Knowledge grouting, rock bolt curing by curing compound in the tunnel of structures,
Must have experience of various Testing of fresh and hardened concrete properties and rebound hammer test of retaining wall,
Chemical grouting for seepage, pull out the test for rock bolt,
Very Good Knowledge of ISO Procedures of IMS Systems
Over all responsible for Quality Control and Assurance at site
Very Good Knowledge of Rock Bolting, Shot Crete, Pull out testing,
