Job description
- Monitoring & Coordination of all activities of Project.
- Preparing Rate analysis.
- Construction Programme – Prepare the month wise programme.
- Preparing and Submission of RA Bills to Client and pursue with them for getting payment.
- Sub-Contractor bill Checking and controlling of sub-contractor RA bill.
- Price Escalation- Prepare the Price Escalation bills based on certified RA bills.
Required Candidate profile
- Diploma with 8-10 Years of Experience in Water Supply Projects / Pipeline / Water Treatment Plants / Sewerage Treatment Plants in QS & Planning Dept.
- B.Tech (Civil) with 5-8 years of experience in Water supply Projects / Pipeline / Water Treatment Plants / Sewerage Treatment Plants in QS & Planning Dept.
- Experience in Billing is preferable.
