Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Preparing detailed quantity take-off for all trades including Architecture, Structural and Civil works, from contract drawings and specifications;
Preparing quantities for cost plans at order-of-magnitude, conceptual, feasibility, and pre-development stages, including value engineering and major variations;
Preparing quantity take-off for buildings and structures, utilities and plant rooms, etc. and operating system elements related to new construction, repair, and renovation projects;
Performing detailed review of contract specifications and drawings to identify errors, discrepancies, and/or ambiguities;
Assisting in value engineering assignments;
Salary – ₹ 3,50,000 – 4,50,000 P.A.
