Job description
Quantity Surveying:
- Studying the drawings.
- Working out BOQs in detail.
- Prepare the report of material procured Vs material consumption for the project.
- Making the reconciliation of materials used on sites.
- Complete the cost estimates with revised rates for any project.
Planning:
- Study the drawings and BOQ/Agreement Contract clearly.
- Prepare a detailed schedule and monitoring the progress for the execution of works in coordination with Project Manager.
- Keep track of schedules and have backup plans prepared if any difficulties are expected during execution.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, M.Tech in Civil
