- Prepare and align integrated Project plan in line with Management commitment & project milestones.
- Create a plan for resource requirements and enabling infrastructure to support it.
- Construction visualization, constructability check, and issue resolution.
- Protocol and handover for inter-disciplinary front handover.
- Monitor and control resource loading, productivity, and engagement.
- Identify a gap in required vs available resources and create pull from PMC and construction agency.
- Ensure safe construction practices on-site to achieve zero harm to individuals and assets.
