Job description
We are looking for the following qualified and experienced professional in Contract function based out of Odisha:
Major Responsibilities:
1. Review and finalization of client contracts,
2. Client correspondences in consultation with the Project leader and other Project stakeholders,
3. Changes/claims management for client contract,
4. Draft Subcontract terms and conditions, prepare & float RFP, negotiate and finalized subcontract,
5. Subcontract correspondences in consultation with the Project leader and other Project stakeholders,
6. Change/claims management for subcontracts,
7. Provide commercial support/input to various departments (Engineering, Accounts, Construction, Planning, etc.) and ensure that the major deliverables are in line with the client contract.
8. Contract MIS reports
Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
