Job description
Billing Certification of RA bill, reconciliation of material
Prepare measurement sheet from onsite data & drawings
Prepare & process subcontractor bills
Check bills raised by the contractor. This includes on-site verification of measurement & verification of rates with Quotation.
To take the measurement from the site engineer.
Review the contractor’s progress at all times. Monitor the material incorporated in the work, the material stored at the site, and the contractor’s manpower and equipment.
Required Candidate profile
- Diploma / B.tech (Civil)
- Minimum 8 years Exp. in real estate Company
- Working knowledge of AUTOCAD.
