Position: QS CIVIL
Job description
- – Quantity Estimation experience Good Knowledge of (Bar Bending Schedule ) Knowledge of Material Reconciliation, IS codes for measurements.
- – Moderate level of MS office, AutoCAD proficiency Well versed with IS 1200 and other relevant codes for estimation and measurement for RCC and steel structure Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ, BBS & Working Drawings.
- – Knowledge of cost control for a large contracting company or Developer. Knowledge of Project Planning Experience in estimation must have analytical knowledge on quantity verifications per design .
- – Should have completed multiple projects as quantity surveyor ON SITE on independent responsibility.
- – Should have handled project planning for large projects.
