Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute the project plans and specifications and building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures, and potential construction problems.
- Assist estimator in preparation of project budget and prepare the general conditions budget.
- Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.
- Inform the Consultant/Client of any errors, discrepancies, or omissions contained within the Consultant’s
- Assess the work of contractors periodically, measure the completed work and make recommendations to the concerned officer for payment to contractors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have 10-20 years of experience in new-building residential projects.
- Must be a strategic leader responsible for planning analysis and proper & timely execution of activities on new Building construction residential and commercial projects.
- A thorough professional with consistent business performance and with the highest standard of professional integrity.
- Should be a good team player and have good interpersonal skills.
