Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparing a master schedule of all projects including list and timeline of submission, milestone, cash flow, projection/budget, and periodical monitoring.
- Need to handle all contractual requirements during execution and setting the cases in Dispute Adjudication Board, arbitration and court.
- Responsible for documentation, drafting of all kinds of agreement-MOU, EPC, Project Finance Agreement.
- The candidate should be well versed with contract and arbitration law and its application with the construction industry.
- Drafting and correcting all sort of contractual and technical communication for projects.
- Drafting and finalizing sub-contractor and consultancy agreements of projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Analysis and Judgment.
- Looking for Candidates having Relevant Experience of 8 to 15 years in contract & project.
- Worked for arbitration with all concerned official bodies.
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Auto CAD.
- Must be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
