Job Description
Responsibilities in detail:
- Responsible for the construction of residential projects through all phases of planning, design, and construction.
- Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets, schedules, and quality.
- Review plans and specifications and provide design alternatives for constructability, efficiency and value engineering.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and labors.
- Ensure adherence and management of health, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Prepare and submit MIS / reports to HOD and the Management - Responsible for Projects execution at the site and ensure completion of projects as per the specified quality, timeline and cost.
- Monitoring and scheduling of projects through different projects management techniques.
Execution of the construction activities to ensure that the developments are on par with the approved drawings. - Maintain day to day record of work progress at the site and maintain all documents as required.
- Checking of Reinforcement, Shuttering, Column centering markings and Quality of concrete.
- Knowledge of layouts and the ability to make BBS.
- Coordinate with Foremen and Supervisors to ensure that the raw materials are utilized properly with minimum wastage and also ensure that safety norms are maintained in the work.
Salary: INR 2,25,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Civil, M.Tech – Civil
