Job Description
- Take responsibility for Leakage Rectification inside Apartments & Common Area.
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
- Assess potential risks, materials, and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Handle Helpdesk Team & Day to day Operation/ having Problem Solving Skills.
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
- Monitor progress and compile reports in Complain Status, day by day.
- Manage budget and purchase types of equipment/materials (Wherever Required)
- Can engage him in different activities where ever required.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc
Requirements - Proven working experience in civil engineering
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
- Project management and supervision skills
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, also able to handle the pressure of work
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
