Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Overall in charge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, And Plumbing) activity.
- Planning of day-to-day activity- Physical Target for the month (Detailed program with daily targets)
- Planned vs. Actual – Daily target of Quantity of Work 3. Achieving Monthly target Planned
- Provide Labour Requirement Week before
- Labour requirement vs. Available for the day DLR
- Material requirement -Report preparation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum Experience 5+ Years of Exp in MEP Execution
- Should have handled exposure in Residential projects.
Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E.
