Job Description
Role & responsibilities
QS Engineer / Senior Engineer
• Quantity take off from GFC drawing (within 15 days from date of received).
• Bills entry.
• Bill delay report.
QS Manager
Physical Progress tracking of day-to-day activity & Achieving Monthly targets planned within the given timeline.
• Labor Report updation, Labor Requirement vs. available for the day DLR to be monitored and conveyed; Control wastages within permissible limit
• Material Requirement to be given to concerned representative for maintaining of sufficient stock for consistent progress; Drawing/details- a requirement if any to be conveyed and sorted timely QC inspection report Closure within a timeline, checklist follow-up for all activity daily, Execution if activities as per the quality norms and regulations
• Maintain safe working conditions and good housekeeping, Respond positively to the observations raised by safety personnel and close them within the given timeline, conduct daily TBT for the respective work area, and Ensure 100% use of PPEs.
