Job description
Position: Manager/Sr. Manager QS & Contracts.
Location: Bangalore – Corporate Office.
Qualification: BE – Civil (No diploma holders).
Ideal Candidate:
1. Worked from the developer’s side at the corporate level and not from the site background or contractor’s side.
2. Should have a minimum of 8-12 experience in QS, contracts, tendering, budgeting.
3. Good interpersonal skills for negotiation with the vendors.
4. Willing to travel to Hyderabad and Chennai for project visits if the need arises.
5. Candidate should have knowledge of Kannada, English, Hindi.
6. Age limit is 32 to 40/42 max.
7. Only male candidates need to apply.
