Job Description
Exp: 4 to 10 years
Qualification: B Tech Civil
Location: Chennai
Salary: As per industry standards
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of Civil BOQ: Preparing the civil Bill of Quantities from GFC drawings
2. Preparation of Civil Labour Bills: Receiving measurement books from engineers for invoice preparation and do cross verification with BOQ if any further clarification required going to site for physical verification.
3. Preparation of detailed measurement for Bill certification: Verifying present running bill quantity with previously paid quantity and total quantity and prepare detailed measurement sheets every time for percentage wise bill.
4. Work order preparation: Preparing work order for all civil contractors
5. EV Report preparation: Assisting superiors for EV report preparation
6. Bill Tracking: Updating bill tracking report on monthly and verify the total billed quantities against BOQ.
7. Bill clarification to the contractors: Giving clarification to the needed contractors by explaining their certified bills
