Job description
1. Prior experience in Building with basement projects (Residential, Commercial and MSB etc.)
2. Strong experience in Quantity survey, Planning, and Coordination
3. Exposure in project management techniques and software
4. Ensure timely and completion of projects ensuring work quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
5. Ability to interact with government client
6. Communicate with clients and discuss the project, contractual issues, contract validation, etc.
7. Contracts review, Budgeting, Planning resources, and organizing mobilization for efficient & economic completion of Contract within the agreed time and cost, with utmost safety & quality by coordinating with HO / Management.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
