Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible to supervise the day-to-day management of the site which includes monitoring the site labor force and the work of subcontractors.
Reading architectural, structural, and services drawings.
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant; Agreeing with a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project;. Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect; Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project; Layout & Individual houses development GOVT PROJECTS Project management, site supervisor, project execution Low rise residential building project.
Civil engineers may also specialize in foundation analysis, build an Understanding of quality norms.
Will be responsible for planning and execution of structural, civil, and interior works Design, Estimation,& costing of Civil & steel structural works
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
