Position – LEAD – INFRA CIVIL DESIGN
Roles And Responsibilities :
Manage Own Tower portfolio, ensure the tower and civil structure safety on sites with RAG (Red, Amber, and Green) status Roles and Responsibilities.
Prepare a Roadmap for converting all unsafe and overloaded sites to make them safe.
Business Request Clearance within TAT and Guideline/Process Adherence.
Provide quick solutions for new/specific business requirements for corporates, critical sites, smart cities, camouflaging, etc.
Manage the External and internal environment to achieve planning targets.
Knowledge Required :
In-depth knowledge of Telecom Site Civil Foundation, Site design and Tower designs (Tower, Monopole, COW, Pole, Mast, Hoardings, Pedestals, etc.) detailed knowledge (specification, performance, design) of different type of foundation designs in various type of soil, Knowledge of new technologies evolving in civil and structural designs for telecom domain, knowledge of passive infrastructure (specification, performance, design) used on telecom sites.
Knowledge and experience of electrical BOQ, Cable & ACDB, DCDB, switchgear ratings, connection
diagrams, site layouts, EB connection rating, Electrical load calculation, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification – B.E/B. Tech in Civil or Structure Engineering
