a) Fixed Term Engineer – Electronics, Total 10 Posts
Post Code: “Pune- Electro”
Job Profile :
Testing/troubleshooting of Fuze to be integrated with Artillery ammunition, Electronics modules, PCBs – Assembly of Electronics modules – Supervision of Assembly/ Testing line(Rotational Shifts) – Technical Support and supply chain management of PCB Assemblies at BEL’s vendors located in Mumbai/Bangalore etc. – Any other job assigned from time to time at any location in India based on the Company’s requirement.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed fulltime B.E / B.Tech in
Electronics / Electronics & Communications / Electronics & telecommunications / Communication / Telecommunication from a recognized institute.
Remuneration: Rs. 40,000-3%-1,40,000. In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, 35% of the Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Group Insurance, Medical facilities, Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, as per the Company’s rules will be part of the remuneration package.
Period of contract: Five years from the date of joining. However, the same may be extended depending on the progress of the project, the performance of the candidate and at the discretion of BEL.
b) Fixed Term Engineer – Mechanical
Number of posts: 10 (Ten) Post Code: “Pune- Mech”
Job Profile: Supply chain management of Mechanical Parts, Assemblies – Follow up for supply of Parts from outstation BEL’s vendors located in Hyderabad/ Nagpur etc.- Testing of Mechanical Assemblies – Supervision (Rotational Shifts) of Fuze Assembly line (including explosive components) – Any other job assigned from time to time at any location in India based on the Company’s requirement.
Job Location: – 08 posts for Pune Location & 02 posts for Nagpur Location.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed full-time B.E / B. Tech in
Mechanical from a recognized institute.
General / OBC candidates should have secured minimum 60% aggregate marks.
SC /ST / PWD candidates should have secured minimum 50% aggregate marks.
Age limit: Upper age limit is 27 years as on 01.10.2018.

Mode of selection –
- Written test & interview.
- Call letters will be sent to the e-mail IDs of eligible candidates for attending the written
test. - Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on their performance in written test.
- Date of the written test will be intimated by e-mail in due course. The written test will
consist of objective type questions from engineering subjects in respective disciplines /
specializations.
